Dc Universe came up with the brilliant adult animated series titled Harley Quinn back on November 29, 2019. It is inspired by the DC Comics’s character of the identical name. Justin Halpern, Dean Lorey, and Patrick Schumacker developed the series. It features the voices of the stars like Kaley Cuoco, Ron Funches, Tony Hale, Lake Bell,  Jason Alexander, etc. The series tells the story of Harley Quinn after he broke up with Joker and later forming her team with Poison Ivy.

The second season just finished airing episodes back on June 26, 2020, and now fans are demanding more episodes. Now they are questioning if the third season is happening or not.

The superhero series is still not renewed for the third season till now. But we can expect it to happen in the future. Earlier the creator of the series Justin Halpern, also opened up about the chance of the third season. He said that they are planning for the new season, but right now nothing is officially confirmed from the side of Warner Bros., So there is still hope left for the latest episodes.

We cannot give a particular date for the third season as it is not confirmed from the side of DC Universe. As per the sources, the new season will take a long time to appear as the animation also takes a lot of time to complete and nowadays animators are working from home due to coronavirus so it is difficult to finish the production early.

If it gets the green light then we can expect the season three of Harley Quinn to release in late 2021 or early 2022.

We can expect these stars to return for lending the voice in the potential season 3: Kaley Cuoco as Harley Quinn, Ron Funches as King Shark, Lake Bell as Poison Ivy, Tony Hale as Doctor Psycho,
J. B. Smoove as Frank the Plant, Jason Alexander as Sy Borgman, Alan Tudyk as Clayface, the Joker, Calendar Man, Doctor Trap, Condiment King. There are no plot details for a new season, unfortunately.
